Q: How fast do you get orders out when received?

A: SAME-DAY SHIPPING in the United States except Alaska and Hawaii. We ship the same day Monday - Friday for in-stock items and orders received by 12 PM Central Time.

 

Q: What method do you use to ship items?

A: All products are shipped using the US Postal Service; however, if you wish to have your order shipped using another service, please call us at 337.234.1269 to place your order.

Returns:

Q: How long is your return policy

A: Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase and return shipping fees are paid by the buyer. Returns are are accepted only if the item(s) are in the original condition; unopened and unused. Unfortunately, if an item is received by us damaged, we will not be able to issue a refund so please be sure you package the return carefully

 

Q: What if my purchase arrives damaged?

A: Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your item upon arrival so we can discuss remedies.

 

Q: Is there anything else I need to know about returns?

A: Yes. We can only make returns to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase.

Q: What payment options do you accept?

A: For our online store we are a proud partner with PayPal for fast, secure, online transactions. Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can still check out through PayPal with your own credit card.
